AIO – All In One Laser marking system

AIO is the most compact Q-switched DPSS laser. AIO laser systems are offered in a rugged and lightweight mono block design and permit a wide variety of marking applications, which are also suitable for micro-machining.

Through the “All In One” case design, the usual external optical fibre conductors and other sensitive cable connections for system integration are not required. Simple and safe integration, even in tight spaces, is another great advantage of the AIO system.

Simply use a USB or network connection to a standard PC to drive the AIO All-In-One Laser system. The compact monoblock design of the AIO combines the resonator and laser source so that both the rack and the fibre, which is usually the link between optics and supply unit, are omitted. The communication is either via USB or Ethernet. Compared to conventional industrial laser systems, the connection and integration has been substantially simplified. The AIO is equipped as standard with two separate safety circuits for E-Stop and guard door, and meets the requirements of Performance Level e (PLe) according to EN-ISO13849-1. A secure and direct integration is easily achieved.
