The EMP is a semi-automatic marking system used to mark products from above. A practical footswitch activates the marking procedure and all previously stored parameters (eg performance, marking time, electrolyte pump etc) are applied automatically.
The EMP system consists of:
- Control unit EU Pulse
- Mechanics, including electrolyte container, stand and securing fixtures for stencils and products to be marked
- Pneumatics
- Electrolyte pump
The ‘Modulmat’ is a compact, self-contained semi-automatic system for electrolytic marking of products from above
The Modulmat is a compact version of the EMP, where the control unit and mechanics are integrated in one housing. A practical footswitch activates the marking procedure and all previously stored parameters (eg performance, marking time, electrolyte pump…) are applied automatically.
The Modulmat system consists of:
- Control unit EU Pulse
- Mechanics, including electrolyte container, stand and securing fixtures for stencils and products to be marked
- Pneumatics
- Electrolyte pump
The ‘LP Flowetch’ is a semi-automatic marking system for electrolytic marking of products from below
Electrolyte is pumped through the tray surrounding the marking head from an electrolyte container located beneath the work surface, where the electrolyte is filtered and recycled. The product to be marked is placed on the stencil, fixtured over the marking head, and pneumatically pressed into place. The marking is then carried out on the underside of the product.
The permanent flow of electrolyte constantly cools and cleans the stencil, resulting in a considerably longer lifespan of the stencils and perfect marking results at all times.
The LP Flowetch is especially suitable for larger marks and various marking heads and fixtures are available to suit your specific products. The LP Flowetch system consists of:

- Mechanics, including electrolyte basin and reservoir, stand and securing fixtures for stencils and products to be marked
- Pneumatics
- Electrolyte pump
