Compact, robust housing in lightweight monoblock design
DPSS-Laser
Fully integrated, ultra-compact all-in-one Q-switched DPSS laser with extremely long service life
Highest security
PL e (Cat. 4) according to EN ISO 13849-1
AIO is believed to be the most compact Q-switched DPSS laser engraving system on the market today. AIO laser systems are offered in a rugged and lightweight monoblock design ideally suited to a wide range of marking applications, including micromachining.
External optical fibre and comms cable connections are not required due to the All In One case design. Simple and safe integration, particularly where space is at a premium is an added benefit of using the AIO system.
Simply attach a USB or ethernet connection to a standard PC to control the AIO laser…..
The compact monoblock design of the AIO combines the resonator and laser source so that a rack and the fibre which is usually the link between optics and supply unit is not required. Distance to the workstation can therefore almost be arbitrary and the marking process can be readily decoupled from the operating PC/network as required. Compared to conventional industrial laser systems, the connection and integration have been dramatically simplified. The AIO is equipped as standard with two separate safety circuits for E-Stop and door guard, meeting the requirements of Performance Level e (PLe) according to EN-ISO 13849-1. A secure and direct integration is easily completed.
The compactness, high immunity to interferences and very user-friendly software and controls provide excellent operational flexibility and guarantee an optimal cost/performance ratio.
The AIO is able to mark a broad range of materials in a simple and economical manner which may have previously required several different laser systems to perform.
The high peak power and excellent beam quality make AIO Laser Systems an ideal partner for the most demanding industrial applications. The AIO laser systems can easily be used as an integral component in an automated system or also installed in an auto/manual workstation.
Competitive in the fibre laser sector
The diode durability of the AIO laser systems can be favourably compared to fibre laser systems. During maintenance, it is only necessary to change the diode packs instead of replacing the whole laser unit.
In addition, the power consumption of the AIO laser systems is highly efficient.
The Ostling AIO series is available in the variants AIO P, AIO M and AIO G+. All AIO models are air-cooled and do not require any additional water cooling.

For our various laser marking systems we have an extensive range of accessories available. With different options you can extend the functions of our marking lasers. Below are a few examples of our comprehensive range of laser accessories:
- Various housing variants for complete solutions
- Rotation axes for round parts, so that the processing distance and laser beam are always perfectly and precisely aligned with the object to be marked
- Height axes in all possible versions (manual, electric, pneumatic, fully automatic)
- Axis control UMC box Laser For controlling two additional functions, such as vertical axis and positioning axis. The rotary indexing table and magazine can also be controlled. With this optional laser accessory, cycle times for laser marking can be greatly reduced.
- Barcodescanner for convenient reading and activating of data to be marked
- Camera systems for automatic machine reading of previously marked data such as 1D, 2D and DataMatrix codes (Please take a look at our information on HIBC and GS1)
- Lenses for different applications / marking field sizes and workpieces / materials
- Spare parts of all kinds for our marking lasers
- Laser safety glasses for different wavelengths available on request
Anybus Communicator PROFINET IRT
The Anybus Communicator allows you to integrate serial devices (RS-232/422/485) into a PROFINET-IRT network.
The Anybus Communicator is a field-proven and reliable protocol converter that connects non-networked devices to PROFINET-IRT. The Com-municator carries out an intelligent protocol conversion and provides the serial data of the higher-level PLC as I/O data.
The Communicator is a compact stand-alone gateway for IP20 and DIN rail mounting that requires a 24-volt power supply. It complies with the current PROFINET-IRT specification and has been successfully tested for network compatibility.
The XS Designer software combines marking software, CAD editor, parameter and interface management, sequence programming and diagnostic tools. This Windows-based marking software makes laser technology easy to master.
