ALL INVOICED ITEMS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF OSTLING ETCHMARK UNTIL FULL SETTLEMENT IS RECEIVED E & O.E.

The acceptance of an order is conditional upon the price(s) contained therein being subject to alteration without prior notice to take account of changes in our raw material prices prior to date of dispatch.

The company does not guarantee any delivery date(s) and accepts no responsibility for delayed delivery or non delivery, and is not liable for any damages ensuing there from.

We give no warranty, express or implied, of material, workmanship, or fitness of goods for any particular purpose, whether such purpose be known to us or not.

Any liability of this company for breach of contract is hereby limited to the replacement of the goods in question.

Where we fabricate customer’s own material, any liability of this company arising from the faulty manufacture does not extend to free replacement of the customer’s material.

Prices are subject to the rate of Value Added Tax at the time of supply.
