EU80 and EU100
Inexpensive control units for hand marking systems
The EU80 is the most affordable entry into the world of electrolytic marking, ideal for serial numbers and small marks in general.
The EU100 can generate direct current as output voltage as well as alternating current, making deep markings possible.

EU Pulse – the most technically innovative electrolytic marking system worldwide
Automation-capable control units for professional electrolytic marking
Technically speaking, electrolytic marking is very simple – you need a device that supplies electricity, electrolyte, a stencil and an electrode or marking head. The stencil is fixed to the marking head or placed directly on the component to be marked. The marking head is connected to the positive pole of the control unit supplying the electricity, and the component is connected to the negative pole, either directly or through a fixture or base plate. As soon as the marking head, soaked with electrolyte, is pressed onto the component, the circuit is closed – current flows and the component is marked through the permeable parts of the stencil, creating a permanent reproduction on the component of the image on the stencil.
The EU Pulse is the latest addition to the EU family. The ability to modulate the AC pulse as desired not only allows you to optimise the quality, contrast and durability of your markings, but will also increase the longevity of your stencils. Features include:
- USB host mode for memory stick
- Communication via USB
- IP54 protected housing
- Micropulse operation
- Blocking function
- Material database
- Sequence preview in the graphic display
- Various signals can be combined
- Time-flexible control sequences
- Polarity configurable in DC mode
- Different positive and negative half-waves in AC operation
- Optimised menu guidance
- Safety extra-low voltage (SELV)
- Galvanically isolated digital I/O control signals
- Storage of individually created configurations
