Thermal stencil printer

If you are marking frequently-changing texts, or only a few parts, you can quickly and simply create your own single-use stencils using the thermal stencil printer with our thermal stencil rolls.

The printer is fully network-ready, ensuring it can be seamlessly integrated into your current systems. The printer can be connected via USB or RS-232 interface, allowing you to print graphics (logos), symbols, barcodes and DataMatrix codes.

It can be driven from any program as a printer, but also comes with its own convenient, intuitive software.

Simply print your required impression using the included software and then take this stencil to your marking station.

The Ostling thermal stencil roll size suitable for this machine is 100mm x 100m, although we can manufacture this material in many different widths.

Label stencil printer

If you are marking frequently-changing texts, or only a few parts, you can quickly and simply create your own single-use stencils using the PTD600 or PTP900W label printers with P-Touch stencil tape cassettes.

These stencil printers are a fast and efficient labelling solution, supporting a variety of TZe tape widths. The convenient and professional auto-cutter ensures a precise edge and prevents mis-cutting. Simply print your required impression and then take this stencil to your marking station.

The label printers are both compatible with P-Touch Editor and can be used to create crisp text, graphics and barcode labels. The PTD600 can also be used as a stand-alone unit using its integral keyboard.

Direct thermal stencil paper with a thermosensitive coating

Available in white, in different sizes and formats.

This type of short-term stencil can be edited with various direct thermal printers:

• For the stand-alone P-Touch devices we have thermal paper cassettes in 18mm, 24mm or 36mm widths.
• For the desktop thermal printers we supply thermal paper on a roll, in a variety of widths from 60mm up to 300mm and a fixed length of 100m.
