Long life stencils for hundreds of impressions

For long life labels such as logos, product and type designation, batch numbers or decorative markings, we recommend our XL type stencils.

These stencils have an average lifetime of 4,000+ marks when used on semi automatic equipment.

We can manufacture these in a wide range of sizes and formats, including mounted in a plastic frame or formed into a marking cap if required.

Your templates or ideas are implemented as required by our graphic designers in our DTP department. We will always send you a proof prior to manufacture.

We are often able to fulfil your stencil order within one to two business days due to our highly skilled employees who have many years of experience.

Grid stencils for motion and deformation analyses of components

Grid marking on components or measuring instruments enables surfaces and internal structures to be measured and scanned. By measuring the grid marker, quality problems can be identified, analysed and corrected.

Possible grids include:

• Point grid
• Circular grid
• Square grid
• Circle+Cross grid

Variants include:

• Points, squares, circles
• Outline only or filled
• Different point distance (pitch), size and diameter
• A4 or A3 format
• Can be supplied tensioned on metal frame or as a stencil sheet without frame

Die impression stencil paper with a wax coating

Available in different colours and supplied in a wide range of pack and roll sizes.

This type of short-term stencil can be personalized with a dot-matrix printer, typewriter or by hand.

Direct thermal stencil paper with a thermosensitive coating

Available in white, in different sizes and formats.

This type of short-term stencil can be edited with various direct thermal printers:

• For the stand-alone P-Touch devices we have thermal paper cassettes in 18mm, 24mm or 36mm widths.
• For the desktop thermal printers we supply thermal paper on a roll, in a variety of widths from 60mm up to 300mm and a fixed length of 100m.
