The large ‘Ready to Mark’ laser marking station

Maintenance

Low maintenance, almost silent operation

Highest safety

Laser safety glass, safe shutdown in accordance with EN ISO 13849-1

Automation

Programmable Z-axis for easy focus; automatic sequence of marking process possible

With its large interior, the LaseMax offers plenty of space for almost any application.

Components up to 1100 x 800 x 650 mm (L x W x H) and up to 200 kg can easily be marked with the large LaseMax laser marking station. Depending on the lens used, a marking area of up to 300 x 300 mm can be used.

Loading, mounting and operation are made very easy due to the interior lighting and automatic safety door. The touch display and professional marking software XS-Designer make it easy to realize automated markings, such as serial numbers, 2D codes (DataMatrix), etc.

Ostling offers you the highest possible security with the laser marking station LaseMax. Laser safety glass for safe setup and monitoring of the marking process, safe shutdown in accordance with EN ISO 13849-1 and the integrated extraction system are standard features. This is rounded off by the sturdy construction made of sheet steel suitable for industrial use.

Thanks to its large interior, the LaseMax offers the greatest possible flexibility for its applications. It is available with a wide range of options and different laser sources (power levels and wavelengths). Rotation axis and vision systems for code and position recognition are just some of the almost unlimited possibilities.

The LaseMax is a stand-alone laser marking station that is also ideal for integration into a production line.

Competitive in the fibre laser sector

The diode durability of the AIO laser systems can be favourably compared to fibre laser systems. During maintenance it is only necessary to change the diode packs instead of replacing the whole laser unit.

In addition, the power consumption of the AIO laser systems is highly efficient.

The LaseMax is available in the variants LaseMax AIO-P, LaseMax AIO-M and LaseMax AIO-G+.

Strengths of the Ostling LaseMax

  • Maximum safety laser protective housing (laser protection class 1)
  • Automatic sliding door for rapid loading of components to be marked
  • Laser safety glass window for safe setup and observation of the marking process
  • Large load capacity of 1100 x 800 x 650mm (LxWxH), load weight up to 200kg
  • Programmable electric Z-axis with auto height adjustment for easy focusing
  • T-slotted base for quick mounting and setting up of jigs and fixtures
  • Almost maintenance-free and silent operation
  • Integrated extraction system as standard

For our various laser marking systems we have an extensive range of accessories available. With different options you can extend the functions of our marking lasers. Below are a few examples of our comprehensive range of laser accessories:

  • Various housing variants for complete solutions
  • Rotation axes for round parts, so that the processing distance and laser beam are always perfectly and precisely aligned with the object to be marked
  • Height axes in all possible versions (manual, electric, pneumatic, fully automatic)
  • Axis control UMC box Laser For controlling two additional functions, such as vertical axis and positioning axis. The rotary indexing table and magazine can also be controlled. With this optional laser accessory, cycle times for laser marking can be greatly reduced.
  • Barcodescanner for convenient reading and activating of data to be marked
  • Camera systems for automatic machine reading of previously marked data such as 1D, 2D and DataMatrix codes (Please take a look at our information on HIBC and GS1)
  • Lenses for different applications / marking field sizes and workpieces / materials
  • Spare parts of all kinds for our marking lasers
  • Laser safety glasses for different wavelengths available on request

Anybus Communicator PROFINET IRT

The Anybus Communicator allows you to integrate serial devices (RS-232/422/485) into a PROFINET-IRT network.
The Anybus Communicator is a field-proven and reliable protocol converter that connects non-networked devices to PROFINET-IRT. The Com-municator carries out an intelligent protocol conversion and provides the serial data of the higher-level PLC as I/O data.
The Communicator is a compact stand-alone gateway for IP20 and DIN rail mounting that requires a 24-volt power supply. It complies with the current PROFINET-IRT specification and has been successfully tested for network compatibility.

The XS Designer software combines marking software, CAD editor, parameter and interface management, sequence programming and diagnostic tools. This Windows-based marking software makes laser technology easy to master.
